Let's start with our speciality, free range chicken; we have selected two different breeds: directly sourced from Allier, 100% vegetable fed, the chickens are raised outdoors on the grass at the heart of the Auvergne region. These chickens guarantee you the best flavour in all of Paris.
Free range Label Rouge chicken from the Auvergne and the exceptional Bourbonnais chicken: an ancient breed of chicken raised in limited quantities at the heart of the French countryside. Refined with milk, it requires particular attention and a slow rearing of more than 100 days so as to obtain a firm, tender and marbled skin. The best chicken in Paris roasted in front of your eyes, ready to be enjoyed as a dish for one or shared with others.
Selected meats, recipes from the Paul Bocuse Institute to enhance the products, carefully selected wines.... all with a determination to uphold the tradition of the old Coq Hardy in Bougival where Chez Clément took up residence a few decades ago.
Café-Rôtisseur or Traditional restaurants, Chez Clément is situated in prime locations.
The first Café-Rôtisseur opened at Saint Michel. Place Saint André Des Arts, at the heart of the Latin quarter, Café-Rôtisseur has given a modern look to the décor at Chez Clément, while preserving the original soul of the place... Antique objects continue to decorate the walls and bookcases of this amazing place; the bar has become the central element of the restaurant and is open all day long. The rotisseries, visible from the dining room and from outside, and also at the heart of this magical place and embody the new concept of the Café-Rôtisseur. Not to mention the terrace, one of the most beautiful in the area, that delights both tourists and the habitants of the district. Last but not least, our new take-away counter is open throughout the day.
The second Café Rôtisseur opened the 1st of October on the Champs-Elysées. Modern look, central bar and rotisseries are also available on the most famous avenue of Paris. Come and discover our new concept inside the restaurant or on the terrace, with the view on the Arc de Triomphe...
The Traditional Chez Clément restaurants are not to be outdone. In Paris, they are all situated in prime locations in the capital: on the Champs-Elysées, Boulevard des Capucines a stone’s throw from the Opera Garnier, Porte de Versailles opposite the Parc des Expositions.... In the inner suburbs like Bougival, Petit-Clamart and Boulogne-Billancourt, the restaurants have taken up residence in areas bursting with history like an old gourmet restaurant or a hunting lodge. The Chez Clément locations allow everyone to enjoy the friendliness of our teams, whether for a business lunch, with friends or colleagues, before or after a show, while out on a walk, or for a meal out alone or with family! Designed in the typical style of a French bourgeois house, with a décor that resembles the different rooms and which contributes to different ambiances created by the Chez Clément restaurants.
